Athletic Registration
The mission of the Dedham High School Athletic Department is to provide enriching experiences which complement the education students receive. Coaches and staff teach student athletes the values of self-discipline, respect, and teamwork.
The athletic department provides a safe, and healthy opportunity for competition within the framework and guidelines of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), and the Tri Valley League. The privilege for student-athletes to participate in high school athletics will provide them a chance to learn invaluable lifelong lessons and have learning experiences that will take them far beyond the court, field, track, or ice rink.
REQUIREMENTS & ONLINE LINK
Before any student can participate the following requirements must be met:
All students MUST turn in a copy of their most recent physical to the NURSE'S OFFICE prior to the first day of practice. Physicals are good for 13 months from the date of the exam. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate in practices or games until a new physical is turned in.
* The PARENTS/GUARDIANS are responsible for filling out this online form completely and ensuring that any and all medical information concerning your child's health, medical concerns, injuries, medications and allergies are reported to the Athletic Department & coaches.
