Project Team

The School Building Rehabilitation Committee oversees and supervises the design, construction, reconstruction, major alteration, renovation, enlargement, major maintenance, demolition, and removal of Dedham Public Schools' buildings, as defined in Town Bylaws.

The MSBA, which has a dedicated revenue stream of one penny of the state’s 6.25-percent sales tax, is collaborating with municipalities to equitably invest in finding the right-sized, most fiscally responsible and educationally appropriate solutions to create safe, sound, and sustainable learning environments.

VERTEX provides Owner's Project Management (OPM) services to private and public clients on building projects in the state of Massachusetts.   Vertex is the OPM for the Oakdale Project,  Jon Lemieux is the Project Director of record.

Jonathan Levi Architects (JLA) was selected as the Project Designer in December 2022.
