The Dedham School Committee has announced that their meeting scheduled for July 10, 2025 at 6:30pm will focus on discussions regarding future school building projects including review of next steps, priorities and timelines.  No formal decisions related to building projects will be made during the meeting.

Dedham Public Schools are pleased to share the news that we have extended an offer to Ms. Jennifer Dolan to join our team as the new Principal of Dedham Middle School. Ms. Dolan’s extensive experience in leading upper level schools, combined with her collaborative, passionate personality stood out as qualities that make her an ideal choice to assume the leadership role at our Middle School. She will officially take on the role beginning on July 1, 2025, but will be working with Principal Hillman, Assistant Principal Benzie and the team at DMS leading up to that time to ensure that we have a smooth transition.

This spring students will take the MCAS (Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System). MCAS provides us with a snapshot in time of where our students are performing academically. It is important to help make sure that your student is well-rested and present for these days, please check dates to avoid conflicts with any appointments scheduled.

Dedham Public Schools unveiled a new strategic plan for 2025-2030, outlining a new mission, vision and set of core values for the District and paving the way for the future.
