  • ELEMENTARY PROGRAM


    TRACK 1: We’ve Got News!
    Elementary students will dive into the world of multimedia storytelling. Working as a newspaper team, students will assume different roles of editors, artists/illustrators/photographers, and reporters as they collaborate to create their final project. 

    TRACK 2: Build your own Board Game
    Roll the dice and see where you land! Elementary students will dive into the world of board game design as they develop their own. Working in teams, students will explore the different forms of gaming - from role playing, to card games, to games that use story as you race along the board. Students will develop the story behind their game, the game play rules, the physical board and pieces.

Zoombinis Club
  • MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM

    Students will develop and improve computational thinking skills with Zoombinis, an engaging and challenging logic puzzle game. The Zoombinis, small blue creatures each with distinct traits, need your students’ help to escape the evil Bloats and safely travel to Zoombiniville. Students will face a series of 12 puzzles that increase in difficulty, and test and strengthen their logical thinking and pattern recognition skills. Zoombinis is a relaunch of the classic, award-winning 1990’s puzzle game Logical Journey of the Zoombinis.

Voices of Dedham
  • MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM

    Middle school students will engage in an expanding collaboration with the community, documenting the unique narratives that define Dedham's identity. Through interviews with local residents, they will create concise audio and video recordings, which will be integrated into a comprehensive presentation to be featured at the MLK Jr. event in 2025.
