Remote Access to FASTTMath

Grades 2-5

As you may be aware, we are piloting a technology that allows web access to the locally run program FASTTMath. For most people this is working well but a few run into technical issues. The technology team is happy to help you troubleshoot the issues you may be having.

A couple of items you might try if you are having trouble:

  1. Be sure you aren’t having issues with other websites.
  2. Don’t use Internet Explorer.
  3. Clear your cache. Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History > Pull down “Time range to clear:” and choose “Everything” > Click the “Details” arrow and select all checkboxes> click Clear Now.
  4. Restart your browser.
  5. Restart your machine.
  6. Be sure you are using the computer/network login for Dedham Cloud and the FASTTMath login for FASTTMath (see below).

You can email hometechservice@dedham.k12.ma.us for this support. We can be of the most help if you provide us with the answers to the following questions:

  1. Is your issue logging into the Dedham Cloud or to FASTTMath? The cloud login is the same as your child’s computer/network login to the computers at school; FASTTMath has its own login which is likely the same username but could have different passwords. Provide the username in the email.
  2. What browser are you using? FASTTMath does not work well with Internet Explorer.  Firefox is the recommended browser and is a free download (see instructions).
  3. What is the specific problem? Please include the exact error message in your email.
