- Career Internships at The Education Cooperative (TEC) TEC is a regional multi-service agency dedicated to delivering effective and economical solutions to suburban communities west of Boston, including Dedham . Obtaining real work experience is an invaluable asset for any student planning out their future. As many students and their parents have found, finding an internship in their industry of choice while in high school presents many hurdles and challenges. TEC works with each individual student to better understand his or her needs and placement preferences. Once the student's goals and preferences are determined, TEC help prepare each student search to find a suitable match in their chosen industry.
