First, letters were mailed home last week to specific students about enrolling in our after school tutorial. These letters were due back today, September 27th even if a student is not participating. If you received a letter, please have your student return it to his/her homeroom teacher on Tuesday, September 28th. Secondly, our annual magazine fundraiser is currently underway and we appreciate any support you can give towards it. Finally, please be aware that no student is to be dropped off in front of the school before 8:05 am or picked up after school in that area. We have a designated drop off pattern at the middle school which we would appreciate you following. This system is in place for the safety of your children. Thank you and have a pleasant evening.

Good Evening,
This is Clare Sullivan, Principal of the Avery School. The errors on the school calendar mailed to each home seem to have caused some confusion. Tomorrow, September 14th, is a school day. In order to keep our students safe from the extra traffic created by voting in the building, all children should enter the building through the front door upon arrival and line up in the hallways inside the building. At dismissal, we will follow the usual dismissal procedure. Staff will be available to ensure the safety of all students.
Thank you for assistance in keeping our students safe.
