The Dedham Education Foundation was incorporated on September 6, 1991 as a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation dedicated to supporting, enhancing, and enriching the Dedham Public Schools. The Foundation is incorporated under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 180, with by-laws and articles of organization. A Board of Directors, elected during an annual meeting held during the third week in September, is responsible for the general management of corporation affairs.
